Two 1st round picks for Russell Wilson in '16 and '17 or '17 and '18

Do you sign the offer sheet if the Seahawks non-exclusively tag Russell Wilson?

Pole cumming.

I think Roddy White is more well rounded than Bowe.

Better speed and better route runner.

Yep. Wison is a "gamer" and you can't teach that. Either you rise to the big occasions more often than not or you don't. Wilson has proven in his short career he is a "pure gamer" and loves to win when the pressure is even greater. Just as important he is very smart with the ball( protects it more often than not)

He is perfectly emotionally and intellectually balanced to be a potential HOF QB if his team and health hold up.

Better speed and better route runner.

They've got similar size and struggle with drops at times.

Roddy's probably faster and a better route runner. Bowe is stronger and a better jumper and blocker.

They're near identical in what they offer you, as far as production is concerned.

Ryan hasn't ever really had a good defense in atl iirc. I know it's cliche to say here, but it's tough to win without a defense

Rams were the only team to win a SB with a mediocre defense(at best that year). So to your point I agree. Your D has to be above average the majority of the time. I will argue though that if King Carl would have at least got our D to mediocre during the 02 to 05 seasons, what the greatest show on turf offered in the air for the Rams would have have been the greatest show on grass for the Chiefs with not just at least 1 SB win but possibly 2 with how good our O-line and running game was for those years. We were that good in the running game to win a SB several times with how dominate our O-line was against anybody. When you have Ray Lewis fearful that tells you good our O-line was.

That Rams defense was 6th overall, and 4th in points allowed.

NFC was weak during those years and when your offense is on the field the whole time it can make for deceptive defensive numbers. They weren't that good and nobody will remember the Rams Defense of 99. The only defense of the that year that will be remembered is a game saving/tie tackle by a no-name linebacker in the last seconds.

The Rams average TOP for that season was right about 30 mins.

You have no clue what the hell you are talking about.

Again, if you have your choice of D and are going to the SB that year would you take the 99 Rams D IF you don't have the greatest show on turf?

I don't really get your question?
Would I want to pair up one of the greatest offenses with one of the greatest defenses?

Sure I would.

But that isn't the point.

That Rams defense was a damn good defense that supported a great offense.

You were wrong, they were not medicore.

Trade Matt Ryan for Russell Wilson and he's got at least one Super Bowl victory.

He's never had a defense like Seattle's or a running game like they have in Marshawn Lynch. While his receiving corp is better in Atlanta (save the year Jones was hurt), I'm pretty sure that Matt Ryan would have done just fine with the 2013 unit.

Most of all, he's never had a coaching staff or front office that's even close to Seattle's.

Not even close.
