I can't believe Pete is complaining about a 12 pitch ab. That is a great at bat no matter the outcome. I didn't see the ab, but I don't have to to know that if Moose was at two strikes, any pitch that is close or he thought has a chance to be a strike, he must make contact with.

But keep bitching, by all means.

JFC, this is what happens when people don't read. I never said it was a bad AB. Someone said it was a beautiful AB and I said no, it wasn't beautiful. A lot of the pitches he swung at weren't even close to strikes. He battled and the outcome was good.

Now same situation a few years ago, Tony Pena Jr. has an 11 pitch AB and strikes out and everyone is tearing him a new one for not taking the walk.

My entire point was given the pitches he was swinging at, his plate discipline wasn't very good. If he would have struck out many of the same people talking shit now would be bitching that he didn't take the walk. You know this. Everyone on CP is always a genius after the fact.
