The 26-27-60 rule.

26 wonderlic, 27 starts, 60% completion percentage.

Cook and Hackenberg both fail at this point in time.

Only Jared Goff meets the criteria (assuming he's not a reerun that can't get a 26 on the wonderlic).

Failing that you're looking at Dak Prescott or Trevone Boykin and I don't think either are worth 1.1.

I watched some clips/highlights on YouTube of all the early top QB's this weekend, and Paxton Lynch and Goff were easily the most impressive. I think people are letting one bad game cloud their judgement with Goff.
