I have a job interview tomorrow - question regarding facial hair

I 2nd this especially if its a white collar type job. If its an already established and well groomed beard or stache you are probably fine, if anything else its best to be clean shaven. Some places are picky about that kind of thing and if you come in half shaven, peach fuzz, ect it might be one of the things they look to weed you out. At least with IT jobs they typically interview a ton of people for one position, so anything you can do to get the odds in your favor you should do.

You should have clarified that this was your situation, because it makes a really big damned difference vs, say, an office.

Outside of food prep and service, if you take such a hard-line stance against facial hair in the workplace, it just makes you look like an uptight, out of touch, weirdo.
