Ford looked solid against Pittsburgh. His first step is just insane. He probably won't ever be excellent in run support or pass coverage, but he at least looked passable yesterday.

He's not getting snaps because Sutton has no idea how to get him on the field. Which is a shame. Especially at this stage in Tamba's career.

Sutton might be a moron, but at least he blitzed the everybody on the 4th down, which is exactly what you should do against hack QB's.

"Passable" is a bad adjective when describing a pass rusher

I'm talking about his run D and pass coverage. From a pass rushing standpoint, he still needs experience but he clearly has athleticism that can't be coached. His first step is really, really good.
