These early games are a good example of how mediocre the AFC league is. New England is playing for HFA after an embarrassing gaffe last week, while the Dolphins are playing out the string with an interim coach, and they are down a TD.

Pittsburgh is playing arguably the worst team in the NFL whose most notable player is in a controversial position yet again, but it's taken them into the 4th quarter to open up some breathing room.

The Jets win and they're in, they're playing against their former coach, and they've trailed the entire game.

Outside Cards and Panthers, who've had theirs lulls as well TBH, parity is everywhere.
