I'd hope it's what they're doing, but they are the Rams. I wouldn't be surprised at anything

The evaluating process is just about over. There's no way they're still unsure which QB they have #1.

Les Snead has kicked in terms of the draft and personnel, outside of QB.

Jeff Fisher has been, well, Jeff Fisher.

I'd laugh if they end up picking Ramsey or Bosa and say Mannion is the QB of the future.

I though snead had drafted well, then I looked at some of their picks. It's been good, but not what I thought. Their offense is bad.

He's only really missed on Pead and Quick.

Also, he's been awesome signing UDFAs. McLeod, Hekker are the two that stand out but guys like Marquez and Harkey have been solid in their roles.

Snead drafted the 2014 Rookie Defensive Player of the Year in Aaron Donald and the 2015 Rookie Offensive Player of the Year in Todd Gurley.

He's drafted really well and they're literally a QB away from competing not only for the division but for the Super Bowl.

They went 7-9 with the 32nd ranked pass offense and the #29 overall offense. If things work out, they'll be humming by 2019 when they move into the new stadium.

An offense that bad is more than a qb away.

They have 1 wr and no one at TE and gurley. They need to move their qb along slowly, that's for sure.

Plus they're coached by fisher.

I'm sure they'll add more talent by the time the new stadium is opened and I would be absolutely shocked if Jeff Fisher is their coach in 2019.

One would think. Hopefully they can keep the defense together as well.

If it is in fact Wentz, they should sit him for a year to learn

He's not going to be. I think the only thing that would keep him past this year would be a super bowl.

I also think they are pretty sure of who they want to be the next coach
