Pats Cheating Comfirmed

According to the report, the league sources say the NFL determined 11 of the 12 footballs used by the Patriots were under-inflated by two pounds per square inch each. Per NFL rules, footballs are required to be inflated between 12.5 and 13.5 PSI and weigh between 14 and 15 ounces.

It's also about integrity and fair play. Two things the Pats organization has proven to care nothing about. Dance around the rules and try to fool the refs is their way.

In the 4th sentence of their first section, they call a football a "fixed-volume vessel".

In their 3rd section, they make the claim that ""Deflated" footballs are a regular feature of the NFL." Their evidence? The fact that games have been played in the cold before. That is certainly some hard-hitting science.

And yet, especially backed by actual empirical studies, still way better than anything you're presenting.

Studies? I was only aware of the one (Headsmart or something), of which I've already discussed the lacking methodology with you.

I'm not presenting evidence that anything out there proves that deflation occured. I'm only taking the stance that these explanations do not prove that deflation did not occur.

Doesn't matter. It makes no difference if the balls were actually deflated or not. The refs said they were so **** all your scientist bullshit. Intent was there and they had more than enough evidence to suggest they were deflating them during the season and that game.

Suspicion of foul play is all Roger needs, not proof. I am also tired of hearing about the 25K fine bullshit. It's a minimum not a maximum. The commish can decide what the punishment is.

At this point it's not even about the footballs on that particular day. There's plenty of evidence that the patriots made a habit of tampering with the footballs in more than that single game. Whether or not it was effective, it was still an attempt to circumvent league rules. Brady's actions covered up something much more than just that game against the Colts.

Every reasonable human can figure this out. The lawyers and Pats hacks can deflect all they want. We all know what "the deflator" was.

Neither side is being reasonable here.

For all the evidence over "the deflator" texts; those later text messages about the balls being over-inflated to 16 psi against the Jets also stand out. That, and afterwards, Brady over-reacting by having his ball boy actually print out the official psi rule just to give to the refs would really make little sense if he were already having his ball boy deflate to get it below 12.5 anyway. The most likely explanation -- that doesn't outright ignore a key point on either side -- is that Brady had the ball boy double check the footballs and be willing to deflate them if the refs over-inflated them, as before.

This is Brady being annoyingly anal. He's not incapable of breaking the rule; as one side is proclaiming. But it's also not the cheating scandal that the other side is making it out to be, either.

If this theory is correct then Brady is a liar. He stated he knew nothing about ball prep nor do he know what the psi is suppose to be. He is on tape complaining about the pressure and on tape saying he likes the ball below the regulated psi.

He knows more that he says. He lied.
