I give it three games before I'm calling for Reid's head... He's a great big picture guy. However, he lives by the sword and dies by the sword on his own ingenious plays, way to often throws behind the line of scrimmage. Not to mention the little details kick his ass. Like clock management.

I hated him a few times last year when we could have went for it on 4th and decided to let the defense make a stop and hope for a miracle when we got the ball back. I'm pretty sure that was the patriots game?

Go on any teams forum and you will find that out quickly that no coach is perfect. The only difference is, once it's your coach, you actually see the warts.

#Steelers TE Ladarius Green is battling recurring headaches during Training Camp.

Word is he could possibly retire or get cut if this continues, as he already has a history of concussions. The Steelers are losing guys left and right. We might be able to steal one there.

The big difference between Reid and Marty has nothing to do with either. John Dorsey is looking like the real deal to me.

I agree whole heartedly. But I also think that a GM and head coach to be successful have to be in lock step. These two certainly appear that way.

As for Hali, he's as healthy and fresh as he's been in years. There's pass rushers all over the NFL that are older than him and still effective. He's got at least one year left in him.

Also, I love how everybody is completely ignoring the DL when it comes to the pass rush. Pressure up the middle is even more effective and we have 4 different guys that we can rotate. Howard, Poe, Bailey, and Jones are all capable of putting up 6+ sacks this year.
Ford is not a solid pass rusher yet. He's had one good game and a few pressures.

He's got potential but needs to prove it next month.

KC beating the Steelers isn't "stealing" anything... I dont think they are a better team than KC in 2016. Miller retired...and he was Ben's safety valve for years...Bryant is suspended for the season. Their defense has been average at best since Dick Lebeau left...Roethlisberger gives them chance against anyone though.

Andy Reid is a borderline top 10 coach. That's good! You can wish we had a better coach but if you're going to change, you're probably more likely to get worse than a better one.

John Dorsey IMO is arguably as good as any GM.

Agree.

I will say that even very good coaches can lose effectiveness after they've been with a team too long. I think players stop buying in if they don't feel like things are progressing forward. 5 years of averaging 10-11 wins but never making real noise in the postseason is probably a point where I start worrying about a coach hitting his plateau.

I like Reid. I've said all along he was the perfect medicine for what was ailing the Chiefs and their fans. But he has very palpable flaws with regards to his gameday coaching. Fans and players alike will start to get restless if the yearly end results are the same as Marty's.

Don't kid yourself. This team winning @Pitt early on in the season without Houston would be a steal. Not to mention catching them without Bell.

We all know Reid has his flaws but at this point, Chiefs should be way more concerned with finding an elite QB.

go back and watch all our big losses the past 3 season and you'll see a common theme. Pre determined pass plays, screens swing passes or where only one receiver is looking for the ball while everyone else is going to block, killing drives. So many 3rd and shorts and scoring opportunities missed. we're so much better when we keep those plays at a minimum and call more traditional pass plays. where Alex can throw to the open guy or use his legs if he has to. But they take the ball out of Alex's hand too much and it kills drives too often.

KC is a balanced team....they could be saying catching KC without Houston is a steal. You are making it sound like they are an unstoppable offensive juggernaut...when KC was the highest scoring road team in the AFC last year.

Maclin/Kelce/Hill/Charles against a very average defensive backfield?

Stealing implies they would take something they didnt deserve...

Im not saying we can't win that game, but it's certainly not one I expect to win. We'd be very fortunate to win that game going into the bye week before Oakland.
