You realize our offense just might ... might .... get worse when Charles comes back, don't you?

Andy Reid might go further into his shell.

Why throw any of those risky passes beyond 5 yards when Charles might just bust one for 6 if you keep giving it to him. ~Signed Andy Reid~

Not to mention that our offense becomes even more about outside the hash marks. Reid's dinky passes tend to be outside the hash and now our running game will move more outside with Charles instead of pound it up the middle.

Ware is the most physical guy on our offense

It doesn't seem totally homerish. I hope it's not true, but anything is possible.

It happened in reverse when Charles got hurt. The offense opened up.

Now maybe Reid has learned his lesson.

Maybe so but what i say is still correct.

Our offense actually improved when Charles got hurt because it forced Andy Reid to expand the playbook. He got in the habit of just playing defense and waiting until Charles broke a long one to provide the offense.

Denying that just makes people look stupid.

Hopefully Reid has learned from his mistakes but so far this year it doesn't look like it. At least with Ware we hit it hard up the middle and force defenses to keep guys inside tight. Ware brings the playaction pass effect back to our offense, something Reid doesn't believe in.

I'm not saying that Ware is a better player than Charles, just that with Ware playing Reid is forced to use slightly more of his playbook.

and to continue my whining ..... might as well embrace it since it doesn't matter what i do or say, i can't lose the label.

We desperately need Reid to relinquish his OC and Playcalling duties. Keep him as HC but we need a better OC. He is not aggressive enough for the current NFL and under him our offense isn't disciplined or inventive enough.

I think that's just Andy Reid trying to make use of his greatest offensive asset. Can't say Id blame him. Charles is the type of guy that we all know can take it to the house. He's still the most explosive weapon on this offense in my opinion.

I think Charles can stretch out the defenses a lot more. That's key right there because that could leave the middle open for Ware.

I hear you and was worried as well, but how much worse can this offense get right now when adding someone of JCs caliber? It's already been stalling out lately, maybe it needs to be changed up again.
