There is simply no reason to keep starting him. We are not trying to develop him and he certainly has not earned the benefit of a doubt to let him keep going from past performances. He is no better than he was last year but this year the defense can't cover for his screw ups.
Andy runs this ship for the most part. He made the decision to get Alex before Dorsey even interviewed.
