There's a good chance he saw this thread and logged off. I don't know why he would need to feel embarrassed though. I know many don't like him, but he's a homer. He's doing what homers are supposed to do. Clay knows damn well that if this team rips off 5-6 wins in a row that the board will be back to cyberstoning him. You have to have thick skin to be a big player on this site.

“I came down on Houston to highlight Smith's inaccuracy,” GoChiefs told them, and the Lords Maverick and Sandy Cheeks dipped their banners, and all their knights bent the knee to pledge us fealty. I was certain you would be among them.”

“Our knees do not bend easily,” said Ser Staylor.

“Ser BossChief is fled to Iowa, with Bray and Prince Foles. I thought you might have sailed with him.”

“Ser BossChief is a good man and true,” said Ser Cochise.
“But not of the TrueFanGuard,” Ser RunKC pointed out. “The TrueFanGuard does not flee.”
“Then or now,” said Ser Staylor. He donned his helm.
“We swore a vow,” explained old Ser RunKC.

GoChiefs' wraiths moved up beside him, with shadow swords in hand. They were seven against three.

“And now it begins,” said Ser Staylor, the Sword of Conservative Passing Concepts. He unsheathed Checkdown and held it with both hands. The blade was pale as Elmer's glue, alive with mediocrity.

“No,” Clay said with sadness in his voice. “Now it ends.”
