This shit happens at every stadium from time to time.

Considering there are 70,000+ people at these things with more than 6.% of them drinking, not a shocker.

In my 30s and 40s I really loved it, but now I'm starting to get too chapped about a loss. In 2000 so much of it was the tailgate, and now that those aren't 8-10 scheduled parties with my former group of STHs, the game is what we're there for. And with A&A at the helm, the game isn't worth the traffic, much less $350 for a day at the game with my two boys. On the way home I actually spent some time thinking about how that could have put a big dent into some scuba gear for the younger son, or a day diving for both sons and myself. That's not good when you walk away and are worried about the money you spent.

Several years ago, when I was a supervisor, our standard attire was slacks, dress shirt and a tie. During football season my boss said we could wear our Chiefs gear on Red Friday as long as it was not a t-shirt. I wore a real nice Chiefs polo and my Zuba pants. My boss just about **** when he saw me. It was great. Last time we ever got to wear red on Friday.

Um, I usually sit in the nosebleeds...this year it was 35.00 a seat. I go once a year because I do love the gameday experience. Not something I'd want to do every game, but it's always something I look forward to every year.

A few years ago, at the Dolphins game (Cassel era) me and my buddy were walking to the car after the loss. He stopped at a porta potty to take a leak. Some drunk pissed Chiefs fan walked by the pisser and shoved it. Apparently my friend was "full stream" and pissed on himself a little. He was super pissed. He slams open the door and yells "Who the **** did that??" Drunk guy was about 100 feet away. My buddy starts after him, his two girlfriends try to calm my buddy down, he says something about white trash, they get pissy and start calling him names, I go try to pull him away since he was still going after the guy and these chicks are screaming and swearing...and I'm like...what the **** just happened?

Yeah, boozing and losing don't go together well at all. I don't blame my friend (he wasn't really hammered, but he was certainly under the influence...as was I) but this was an example of how things can get out of hand fast because of dumb drunk fans.

I've had my fair share of incidents since the 90's but for the most part, I love the Arrowhead experience. I just wish people would chill out, it's never worth it. Wonder what these jackasses think the next day...if they remember it at all.
