Have you talked to them and explained why you think it should be the lower price ?
I was in that business many years and while I can say in all honesty I never once charged a customer more than what I quoted them, a lot of the time it was less. However, from time to time there was some miscommunication. And I did what was needed to make it right. Just sayin not all shops are in it to scam you. I certainly never was, Jason apparently runs an honest shop. I'd go down in person, talk to them and if you're not satisfied then proceed from there.
