Extending Reid?

Is it time already?

Chiefs will try to extend coach Andy Reid this offseason http://es.pn/2iRGTHF
via @ESPN App http://es.pn/app

Unless win Superbowl. Mixed feelings about going all sideways for the future...

I think think it's easier for a good GM to "make" a coach look good so i take the good GM. Providing that he is a good personal type GM and not just a delegator.

Just can't underestimate the value of a guy who is good at bringing in talent to an organization.

Of course we do. And he's about to be a top 3 paid GM, as he's earned and deserves.

Nobody knows. It was mentioned that he hasn't signed his extension...Do we really know if one has been offered???? Wonder if he is wanting to wait and see how they do in the playoffs to maybe up his salary if we go deep or win the SB??? There are lots of possibilities.
We did block the 49ers from interviewing Ballard for their GM position. Could this be the reason????

I think Dorsey will stay in KC myself. We shall see.

Reid. Yeah Dorsey makes good pickups but it's Reid who coaches them up and puts them in a position to succeed.

Ideally, you keep the hot-shit GM and perform an actual SEARCH for a good HC instead of being a lazy-ass and promoting from within.
Andy, the coach who is very good at getting guys to buy-in, is not easily replaced. Andy, the game-day coach is easily replaced.
