Figured I'd get this discussion going sooner than later. Here's your thread to suggest ways to make this place great. This can be anything from new capabilities (though no promises on making anything work), new ways of organizing things, whatever.

As examples, I think we need to figure out a way to meet the desires of people who want calm, in-depth discussion of the Chiefs and people who love a no-holds-barred, in-your-face style.

I also keep thinking about ways to have more unique content, kind of like gblowfish's 10 Things threads. Maybe we could have people write regular features or something like that?

I certainly don't have the answers, but we might as well use the offseason to talk about some cool ideas.

Regular blog articles would be cool... they rank well, and could make CP an authority. I'm surprised this hasn't happened by now. :-)

The thing is, I really didn't enjoy it - it's like I was a soldier fighting in the trenches every day and I just did it to do it. Why? I'll occasionally lock horns with somebody, but occasionally is enough - not every goddamn day. Don't need it, don't want it.

I'm in a better place now, and I'd like to stay there.
