He is more comfortable throwing on the run than in the pocket. In particular he loves rolling to his left and throwing cross-body. But to be truly successful he will need to make 90% of his plays in the pocket.

By Smith standards, he doesn't need to stay in the pocket to be successful.

Yes, he needs to get comfy back there and I have ZERO doubt that he will achieve it.
