Phillip Dorsett Available Via Trade?

4. Dorsett's problem in the NFL so far has been concentration related. I think a change of coaching would do the kid some good. He has far more potential than Albert Wilson.

5. I think you can make that a conditional pick. Maybe its a 6th conditional to a 5th based on performance.

I can see Dorsett being traded but I don't get why the Bills would trade Ragland right now. I'd give the kid a chance to rehab fully and see if he fits in their new 4-3 before just dumping him.

Scott McDermott doesn't sound like a guy ready to just dump him either:

“Gerald has done some good things. He’s shown an ability to handle more than one position on the defense and in our base packages and also our sub-packages. He communicates well (and) he’s a veteran player. Reggie’s a young player who’s coming off of an injury and is only going to continue to get better. He’s working extremely hard. I thought he did some good things in the game tonight. Played downhill, played physical, so that will be a fun position to watch moving forward.”
