Inarguably one of the 3 best pitchers in baseball on the mound, he's given up 1 hit and isn't at 100 pitches yet.

And you pull him to go to the 5th best arm in your bullpen. Don't every change, Dusty. Don't ever change.

That guy's just a complete idiot. He's like Matheny if Matheny cussed more. I'm honestly not completely convinced I'd take Baker over Matheny and I would probably take any random idiot from this board over Matheny.

Did Max look like someone who told his manager he couldn't go anymore when he walked off the mound and then spent the remainder of the inning pacing the dugout like a caged animal?

I agree - if Scherzer asked out, there's nobody to really criticize. But Max did not look like a man that asked out of that ballgame. He looked to be lobbying to stay in and seemed not at all happy to have to give up the ball.
