This is sort of where I've landed (ha). I mean, if he's caught and controlled the ball (which you could feasibly argue that he had), how long is he supposed to stand there with it before the play is dead? It seems like the answer should be "zero". Through my homer goggles, it looks like a TD to me.

how long does he have to stand there, even if a defender has his hand touching the ball....? 1 second? 5? I would think zero as well....
