To be fair, all the NFL base coverages are used at all levels. Cover 1, Cover 3, quarters, 2 man-under, and Cover 2. The NFL just has a lot more creativity with how they implement it.

Lots of high schools run a 4-3, but they aren't NFL level 4-3 defenses.
