Because it's the RB coach that got the promotion? Andy was suppose to change 5 years ago when he came to KC. He's still doing the same exact things he did in 1999 when he was hired in Philly. I am not bashing, but what you see with Andy is what you get. And there is no way a guy is going to kick his habits of 20 years of doing the same thing over and over. He's basically the NFL head coach equal to Bill Murray in Groundhogs Day every season since 1999.
