Bob Sutton still doesn't retire

I'd bet that Andy won't fire Bob because then that might put his son's job in danger... unless of course you just promote from within, but who is really that good of a candidate on the staff right now? He'd just keep Bob as opposed to that.

It sucks but that's probably reality.

If only there were a DC candidate out there who has already worked with most of the Chiefs' defensive assistants who would be more than happy to keep the entire defensive staff intact. Cough cough... Adam Zimmer.

If the Lombardi rumor has any legs, the Chiefs are looking outside the Ryan scheme. If they were looking that direction, they would have taken a serious look at Pettine. The Zimmer scheme is one of the most innovative schemes out there.
