I'm just not sure how we can assume a schedule's toughness in January. For all we know, New England is about to have a major shakeup. Pittsburgh could too if they fall on their face and Ben retires. A lot of moving parts to be assembled, for the Chiefs included.

Steelers seem to be on some pretty dangerous ground offensively. Ben has openly flirted with retirement, if they tag Bell again he's threatened to sit out or retire (), Brown is a crybaby when things don't go his way, and Bryant was just requesting a trade not too long ago.

Their big 3 certainly has some serious attention whoring issues.

Of course we are a candidate for regression. I'm not sure how anyone thinks we could do the same or better next year compared to this year.

I would expect 7-9 next year with a totally new QB and all the new coaches. Anything above that is just a bonus. If they don't start consistently making the playoffs in year 2, and improving every year after, that's when I'll have a problem.
