Just got a notifcation from the NFL app that said that the Chiefs thought about trading Steven Nelson but Peters never intended to re-sign with the team.

Not a horrible deal. Peters is a wild card looking for a place to blowup. We have a lot of guys becoming FA in two years, so maybe it is the right time to cash Peter ins.

The Rams are a young team who realize they are on the verge of contention and have decided to go for the jugular. We've decided that on the same doorstep of contention to be a bunch of pussies and trade away our best defensive player for draft picks knowing full well none of those players we draft will ever replace the one we traded.
