The Raiders have a Gruden problem

So which "weapon" was a difference maker that was traded or released? Hint, none of the guys listed were difference makers.

I think Oakland is a better team with Crabtree. He'd disappear for games at a time, but he always seemed to make a clutch catch or score when they absolutely needed it.

That muthafaquer quit on the team last year, and had trouble catching a cold. I'd rather have Jordy Nelson, even at his age than Crabtree.

It's been more like 10 years, but I understand your point. I think the key is what you opened with, the guy was a slightly above average coach to start with. His time on MNF has given people a more positive view of him.
