My problem is that when I get busy with life or work, I'm nowhere around this place so a PM doesn't work. Maybe instead of a text we could use an app like Groupme, or something. I don't know., but something has to be done.
That or I think we have to institute a batting, on-deck, and in-the hole thing where people must provide a ranked list of three players when you are on on deck and the draft administrators announce what the actual pick is.

Your situation was unique. It’s honestly easier if someone just goes AWOL versus making a pick or two and then missing one.
