Considering the average American eats WAYYYY too many carbs and the source of those carbs is generally processed sugar and food it doesn't take a rocket scientist to see the benefits here. I don't think anyone said it was a cure all because nothing is. Sugar is the #1 food factor contributing to inflammation.
