He's a guy that you have to find a way to pay. The Raiders are ****ing dumbasses for not giving him what he wanted. You keep elite caliber players that are just entering their prime....no matter what.

Seems like they realize this team isn't going to get over the hump, and are trying to accumulate picks for Gruden to make the team over in his own image.
