Earl Thomas a longshot to be a Chief

They just said on ESPN we were on the list of teams that he could be dealt to.

No, I'm being serious right now. I have absolutely no confidence in this staff anymore to properly treat these athletes. Bringing in an undersized safety who is going to be on the wrong side of 30 soon sounds like a recipe to throw more cap space into the bonfire.

Berry can play through the pain this year, but he would better off if he did the surgery on his heel now vs the off-season.

I love this idea that the Chiefs employ a bunch of incompetent doctors.

Earl Thomas isn't undersized nor is he on the wrong side of 30.

What old guys have we gotten burned by? Berry didn't just start magically breaking down, neither did Justin Houston. Their problems started when they were still young. So which "old" guys actually hurt us recently?

The best example I can think of is Alex Smith and that dude was never hurt.

They've had a hand in ****ing up both of our highest paid players on defense. It's quite concerning.

I heard he would have been a multiple time all pro and have a ring if he wasn't undersized. Sadly he'll never be a good safety at the size he is.

You realize injuries are frequent like this in football RIGHT? This isn't a Chiefs issue...

He's a fantastic football player. Don't think I've ever said otherwise.

Yep. And sometimes guys just have it bad. Berry is obviously snakebit. It sucks because he's one of my favorite all-time Chiefs...
