Do you realize how much money tyreek hill has made the last 11 weeks? Sammy Watkins is on a 3 year contract and has started to build the case for another handsome extension. There's no ****ing doubt players are eager to join the Chiefs right now. |

Some might, but a lot of them will play for the team that's willing to show them the best payday.

Yeah, not every player. But we've seen lots of good players go to New England for a huge discount just to play with Brady. Peyton got a lot of those guys in Denver too. Where we might clean up most is talented guys who underperformed on their last contract. They might be willing to sign 2-3 year contracts. Remember our frustration on why guys like Welker, Talib, ward, and Demarcus ware were going to Denver for the price of peanuts?

edit - just looked Ware signed for 3 and $30m, Talib for 6 and $57M. Not sure those were peanuts.

Atkins signed a new deal and zero chance Kyle Williams leaves Buffalo.

I wish we would convert back to a 4-3 scheme. I think Hitchen would be better in it. Andy Reid is never firing his his kid so i don't know what that means about our scheme. It seems like our defensive line has gotten worse since Britt took it over.

Orlando Scandrick is a free agent. Somebody should bring him in for a look.

Chris Jones and Allen Bailey have progressed nicely this year and Nnadi has played well for a third round rookie. I’m not sure what you’re watching.

That was cheap for ware. Dallas gave a similar deal. You're right on talib... I was thinking of when he signed with new England for $5m. Welker, tj ward took below market deals. Best example I forgot about is Emmanuelle sanders. He backed out of a virtually signed contract and claimed "(the broncos) actually throw the ball." wish I could remember all the examples but the patriots are notorious for getting players to sign below market deals just to play with belichick and Brady.

Yeah. I think our line has shown growth from the first few weeks of the season. Our front seven is better than I expected it to be (still plenty of room to improve, though).
