No but Gran Moff Tarkin (Peter Cushing) plays Dr. Frankenstein and creates a monster that is Darth Vader (David Prowse).

And as SDH stated; Christopher Lee is a Hammer Alum. So lots of Star Wars ties to Hammer Horror.
