What grade would you give Veach?

Veach has been doing a damn good job. And you can tell from the videos inside the draft room that everyone respects him. He looks like a leader. Reid and Spags tell Veach what they want and he will get them!

Hardman replaces Tyreek in the passing game and return game. Would be surprised if he doesn’t get over 1000 Yards next season.

Thornhill is a perfect piece in Spags defense. Can play safety, corner or nickel. He had a first round grade as well. Solid pick up.

Saunders at first I was like why. But after seeing his highlights he is a beast. Athletic as hell. He’s destroying first round O lineman. Will fit in nicely!!

All in all Veach gets a A-. Need to somehow address the corner position but I trust that he has a plan

why is that? Maybe they knew another team was interested in him that was in front of us. AND a 5th round pick that’s probably not even going to make the team? Our offense needs someone with speed to Open up the underneath routes.

D line was a weakness last week. Now it's maybe one of the strongest in football.

Mecole is the perfect replacement physically for all the things we did with Hill. Same sort of speed, quick acceleration, change of direction, etc.

Thornhill-versatile, great size, speed, can play CB, SS, FS, hell even played LB in college. Nothing not to like there. No weaknesses.

Saunders- this kid's a beast. an incredible athlete, with tape to match. We're going to love this kid, I just know it.

man, it's a solid B+ so far.

I still feel we need a CB to be truly solid; although it's possible that Veach is just that high on Reaser after the AAF. Still. I'd like another CB; doesn't have to be elite, but another solid vet would be wise.

And LB has some question marks. Really could've used a 2nd TE. Might still nab someone late for these spots, but you can't plan on anyone that late actually contributing.

Still. B+ for the draft.

A- for the entire offseason. Cut all the dead weight and remade a defense on the fly. Nice work. Rolled with the curveballs. Went and got his guys. I like it.

I give him an A and that's only for the actual draft picks. When you throw in Clark as well...it's incredibly successful. Veach is a witch!

Not sure about a grade yet

Initial reaction is we got a few players who could make a difference

I was a bit surprised we traded up to begin with but that move probably had to be made due to Tyreek being a shithead

The db will hopefully be good

The big guy doing a flip was wild

just hope these players can make an impact. I think Veach did what he could with what he had. I don't remember any of these players but my college football watching has not been what it once was. Also just because I haven't heard of these guys doesn't mean shit honestly. I hope they can all ball out at the next level, we need the help.

Speaks is the only player Veach has picked in the top 3 rds that I really didn’t like.

And holy shit if Speaks turns out to be the guy we hope for. Our DL is already really good but if that guy balls out?

Can the season start tomorrow?

He was forced to pivot immediately to find a Hill replacement and that's a huge handicap. I like that he traded up to get the guy he really wanted but really that changed the entire complexion of what they were trying to do.

I like Thornhill's versatility. I like Saunders's energy.

The picks made more sense than last year and the guy was working a triage ward. Overall, A grade for a team that needs immediate contributors.
