Mahomie buys a new Homie!

Apologies if posted before, if so, Mods can spank me.

https://www.bizjournals.com/kansasci...hxbDR4jUIYKmKc

Patrick Mahomes has found a permanent place to rest his head — and his ever-important arm — in Kansas City.

The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback bought a nearly $2 million home near the Mission Hills Country Club in Kansas City, according to Jackson County Property records.

The contemporary ranch-style home previously belonged to Dan Meiners and David Brinkerhoff. Meiners is a renowned Kansas City florist who operates the Pennway Place event space in the Crossroads Arts District, and Brinkerhoff is the president of RT Specialty's Kansas City office.

Built in 1953, the 3,759-square-foot home has three bedrooms and three bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, a master suite, a swimming pool and a hot tub.

According to Zillow, the home was sold for $1.9 million. The transaction closed on Feb. 8, according to the Jackson County Registry of Deeds.

This is Mahomes' second home in the metro. He also bought a condo near the Country Club Plaza in January 2018.

I think the Anchors and television staff need to post their own home addresses too.

And if Mahomes had done the smart thing and titled the property to a fictitious entity in order to shield himself from such a thing yet his information was still disclosed..?

Well, not a fictitious entity, but a legal entity that doesn't reveal him to be the actual owner. One of our clients is a Cubs player and that's how he did it.

Shitty lawyer for not making it air tight through a dummy corporation would be what I would say.

This house is in his name. Public information, not much you can do about it.
