Listing Mahomes home address on the news ...is just the latest in bizarre media coverage.

They have the JC DA creating a media spectacle...and offers his "opinions" about the Hills.

They welcome their new $100 Million DE with a SJW hit-piece from the star.

They ran K. Hunt out of town only to see the Browns happily sign him for peanuts.

Fat Brooke from the Star instigated this entire witch hunt towards Hill..which resulted in a "no convictions" verdict.

KCTV5 airs a covertly recorded conversation between the Hills and edits it with no context.

I've never seen anything like this...are the local fans really as outraged as the media pretends to be?

What is their goal? To dismantle the first legitimate SB team KC has had in decades?

If I were Mahomes...I would really start to consider moving somewhere else. It's a potentially career damaging environment to live in.

The free press doesn’t exist to only provide positive information about a sports team.

I agree local news is shit but it is their job if they chose to, to investigate and Pursue said story wherever it leads.

The problem with news in general now is that they don't report actual news. They report their version of the news. The narrative they want you to believe.

There are very few true journalists left and its a very sad thing.

Eh, they spend 90% of their time trying to discredit the other networks. Very little news is shown, and what is (as you stated) is manipulated to fit their narrative

Maybe because they understand that its their moral obligation & job to keep the general public informed in the most unbiased/non-homer ways.

Small, mid-western media market. Not a lot going on to get your name in the national scene.

So you attack the biggest thing in that area...the Chiefs. They know they'll get a response.

It seems the trend is to use the Mahomes led Chiefs to further your career by inventing hit-pieces on their top players.

ESPN see them as "dirty/compromised enough to carry out thier agenda"...
