That's true...but it's legal to ask what service the dog performs...but not legal to ask the person what their disability is...weird distinction, but what I've read. So, if the people say it's an emotional support dog, you don't have to allow the dog into your place of business...although in almost every situation I've seen, they avoid the conflict of some a-hole raising hell.
