Yes they are basically showing us some stuff we knew but they are also showing us stuff that we had no idea about that gives the casual fan more insight into the reasons behind some of the way things have went down. I will agree that it is a little flat, not real exciting, but there is a lot of great information that we would not know if not for this show.
