Does Kevin Kietzman deserve to be fired/forced to resign?

I'm not 100% on the KK news from today. But figured we'd start a thread to discuss this topic.

Sound off below. Also feel free to add in the KK tweets and such in here.

Thanks!

For me, it's the best of both worlds, Mr. stumppy. Although, sometimes the latency is pretty bad. Especially for the beautiful and witty Mrs. FAX. I can easily tolerate a full play lag (60 seconds or so). She gets confused, though.

This leads her to engage in some of the most confusing commentary since the dawn of language.

"Why did he throw the ball when they just said he ran it?"

"I just saw him throw it with my own eyes!"

"Since when is throwing the same as running?"

"Now he's running and throwing. Good."

I was referencing two sons that were convicted drug dealers and drug addicts that he chose to try to fix by hiring them to work for his football teams.

When Reid decided to hire his sons to try to help them, it ceased being a personal, private matter in my opinion. When a tax payer supported football team hires convicted felons
That's just a really terrible thing to say.

Although, whatever. Until the season starts I don't listen to anything.

Except that that was attributable to the KC Business Journal and KCTV5 (?) and not the Star or Kietzman.

Where, pray tell, did you find that quote, Mr. WilliamTheIrish?

My efforts to improve the world are ongoing and I would like to see the source of that bizarre statement.

Therefore, please allow me to do you the honor of quoting the immortal and historic words of Mr. SAUTO ... "Link?"

Fortunately for me, and the annoyance of the game day chat crew, the radio is about 1/2 a play ahead of the TV. I've got to where I really like getting a 'heads up' about what's going to happen.

Well, a conspiracy naturally implies more than one evil apparatchik would be contributing to this coterie of vile, propagandistic iniquity.

I know. It seems like we're surrounded ...

But as Augustus McCrae said when he rode with guns a'blazin' into Blue Duck’s camp, “They don’t know it, but the wrath of the Lord is about to descend on 'em.”

Exactly.

You know what to look for as the play unfolds which is very cool, actually.

Then there's the added benefit that, should the play suck raw ass, you can look away or visit another room to either acquire beer or remove beer. It's actually an ideal viewing experience.

Ah ... thanks, guys. Most appreciated. Missed it the first time around ...

If I were a cynical-type person, I'd be inclined to say that KK seems to be unaware that he is digging his well of sorrows a bit deeper with every, single statement he makes. And he just can't seem to stop himself.

Is it hubris? Stupidity? Some virulent combination of both?

Or is he just an asshole and a grade-A tool? I've never met the guy.

Be kind of fun someday if KK was taking an elevator in some building, and the elevator stopped to pick up another passenger, and that passenger happened to be Andy. Andy and KK alone in an elevator for a few floors! Could be a tad awkward for someone.
