Does Kevin Kietzman deserve to be fired/forced to resign?

I'm not 100% on the KK news from today. But figured we'd start a thread to discuss this topic.

Sound off below. Also feel free to add in the KK tweets and such in here.

Thanks!

It's also very possible the Chiefs would end their relationship with 810, causing even more revenue loss.

810 parting ways with KK is a smart move that protects the company, regardless of whether the listeners boycott quietly or vocally.
How would you get that out of anything I've ever said?

Had anyone turned the dial anyway? Seriously? I bet their ratings bumped up a bit after the controversy. But that's irrelevant since my post was about you and the rest of us at CP and on social media, not about what business decisions 810 should make or how Andy Reid should respond to the disparagement of his parenting style. You're not going to tell me that your primary concern here is whether or not 810 makes a profit, are you?

Jason Witlock? REALLY your referencing something from Jason Witlock? Too lazy to find it, just paraphrased it for us?

The controversy is exaggerated. Kietzman stepped out of bounds, but no one was damaged. Kietzman's real crime might be not playing along with Chiefs' plan to retain Tyreek Hill. As you know, I'm no fan of Kietzman's. But I'm not gonna lie.

I'd bet you that those two were ****ing each other before KK went to WHB. Jason was the bitch.

The local media has done a bang up job damaging the Chiefs reputation on a national level. This started right around the time Terez left....and the K.Hunt video was leaked to TMZ.

It's one thing to be critical of a team you cover...it's another to spread damaging lies and ceasing to be objective.

This led to USA Today doing a national hit piece on the Hunts and labeling them domestic abuse enablers...and for what..Hunt kicking a drunk girl in the thigh for calling him n#gger and trashing his hotel room... and Hill's insane GF blackmailing him?

Kietzman's shtick was tolerable before The Star, JoCo DA and KCTV5 decided to join in on fun. This was blowback for a truly bizarre off-season...where the local media is actively trying to destroy a team with legitimate SB aspirations....and cash in on tabloid level trash reporting. Something had to give..Hell, Hammock posted that Mellinger said he was just following The Star's orders....orders to sabotage?

He got what he deserved...he earned his fate. He chose the wrong political climate to keep on with the Hill bashing...and the Reid comment was the last straw.

If people dont think the entire Chiefs organization is pissed off...they're living in fantasyland. They've already curtailed media access....and had a hand in getting this blowhard fired.

If you are going to take players with major baggage even if they are an uber talent, you better be prepared to take the heat when the douchebags mess up.

Speaking of douchebags, what about when they don't mess up but get extorted for it any way?

What Kietzman said was insensitive, but it wasn't particularly inaccurate. No doubt the Chiefs flexed on 810.

So you don't understand that fans don't like a hate monger with an agenda bashing our team every day?

The Chiefs take a stud 1st round QB for the first time since Blackledge and this guy bashes Patrick non-stop for over a year.

Spends weeks on a hate campaign against Reek, without any supporting evidence, trying to run him out of town.

Then the same D Bag drags the death of our coaches son into an argument just for the sake of stabbing a knife in Andy's back.

But you are upset that fans have had enough of this shit and stood up to this dipshit bully?

Using Brett Reid as an example of Reid’s inability to fix people was accurate?

The guy has turned his life around and is a decent assistant coach. How the **** is that an example of failure?

The balance of power in the NFL is about to change from the East Coast to the Mid West for the next decade. Many entitled D bags are not happy about that.
