Very defeatist attitude. Oh she is crazy no doubt, but does that make Reek less of a football player or that he should give up his kids? Did we quit when the Germans bombed Pearl Harbor? No, you suck it up and don't let this crazy bitch and her family dictate your life.

He does Not have to Deal with her. You get drop off and pick up for the kids in a neutral place and delegate someone to do it. They issue special phones that Only let you text about the kids- and it is All recorded. Reek is not the only NFL that has a crazy ex or current one.

If she gets busted for her admitted extortion attempt, he could get full custody and she would be relegated to supervised visits.

So ... if I understand this problem correctly ...

A person can be in your residence, refuse to leave, and you have no legal recourse other than to leave yourself or call the popo?

And if you (the owner or renter) chooses to leave the residence while the intruder is still in your home, are you supposed to inventory your belongings before you exit the situation? Is it reasonable to assume that the intruder will not steal or break your sh*t?

And if you call the popo who takes 2 hours to arrive, are you supposed to just play scrabble with the intruder to pass the time? Or do the stare-down thing?

This makes no sense. If an unwanted guest is in your home, it's a stupid ass damn law that disallows your right to throw that bitch to the curb.
