One in your lung? I've had this happen after a surgery......basically it made me feel like I was gonna pass out like things went dark on me. Then I just felt super tired and not myself and my breathing was a bit off but not much. I went to the hospital and they found a small one in my lung, I was there for a day then had to take thinners for 6 months.
