Sure, you can break it down to what players make per game, but that's not how any player looks at their compensation package.

Unfortunately most people don't think like that and only tend to focus on the negative, losing a preseason game helps but most starters don't play in those games.

With the absurd salaries these guys get paid for what they do any complaint always sounds crazy. My wife who is a physician loses her mind when she hears a guy deserves to get paid 40 million a year, while she works 60-80 hours a week and makes less than NFL league minimum.
