*****2020 NFL DRAFT THREAD - NO SPOILERS*****

Version 2020 - WORLD CHAMPION EDITION

We are now within 24 hours - Cincinnati is on the clock.

Let's ****ing do this.

Rules:
1. No spoiled picks in this thread, all weekend. This means that as tweets are leaking picks a few minutes before the selection is announced live, you don't post it in this thread (ex: embedded tweets), reference it in this thread (ex: Joe Slapdick says it's So and So to Green Bay) or hint at it (ex: "it's a RB!").

2. Don't be a dick.

Otherwise, have fun, talk shit, freak out and lose your goddamned minds. It's Draft Weekend. The hot takes in these threads are so funny. I'll also be starting player threads for each of our picks as they are made, with videos and notable stats/takes in the OP. Pure knee jerk gold to reference in the future.

Here is our current pick order:
Here is a list of the prospects the Chiefs have shown interest in this year.

**** me with a sandpaper dildo. This was a bad ****ing decision. KC should have drafted best available LB or CB or IOL. And no, I don’t care how many yards this guy runs for over the next few years. This is a bad ****ing draft choice and if you think otherwise, you don’t understand numbers and probability.

You don't like the pick, and that's fine. But calm down, dude. We won the Superbowl. Relax.

Reading up on him, he apparently has a good rating for breaking tackles. That matches the profile of what Andy likes.

Fits our offense, great catcher of the ball

Still surprised he was taken over Swift though, who also fits our offense and is more complete and has more speed.

Yeah, you should probably be running an NFL franchise. Obviously Bret Veach and Andy Reid of the Super Bowl Champion Kansas City Chiefs are dumb****s but you know what's up.

In this offense with Mahomes, having a very good or better RB makes this offense pretty much unstoppable. We saw that when we had Hunt.

This.

Whatever.

Haters here are such bitches. The guy who found Patrick Mahomes just built a Super-Bowl-winning team and then drafted the only RB in the first round and people are doubting him? Huh?

Now this offense will be unstoppable for the entire four quarters.

It’s normally not a good idea to take this strong of a stance on any draft pick. If he’s good, get ready for this meltdown to get quoted over and over.

frozenchief....similar to Captain America, was just dug out of the ice after a 40 year slumber in March or April. He is unaware that we are the reigning Super Bowl champions and that we have absolutely no reason not to trust Veach's decisions at this point. Frozenchief, we welcome you to the year 2020. It's been a shitshow (sans the super bowl of course), but things will be improving in the months to come.

I remember this kid. Great change-of-direction. Excellent balance. Good/possibly great vision. Didn't know he was 5' 7". Looks thick.

Andy/Veach must've seen something to draft him with our first pick.

Well, it's off to work i go. Laters.
