See the link for a description, but basically the front dude in the picture is the bombardier, with the navigator sitting right behind him. They were in the extreme nose at the bottom of the plane.

The pilot and copilot sat next to each other further back and on top of the airplane.

The engineer/top turret gunner was right behind them, and stood when he was at his gun position.

The radio operator was about halfway back in the plane, and had a little sitting area with the radio.

The ball turret gunner was a little further back than the radio operator, hanging in a pod from the bottom of the aircraft.

The two waist gunners were back just a bit from the ball turret gunner.

The tail gunner is a long way from anyone in a pod at the end of the tail.
