The Mob won't like the Chiefs in Vegas...

Read this interesting article on the Chiefs win yesterday costing the sports books MILLIONS in that one kick. To say the majority of the money was on the Chiefs was and understatement...

https://www.espn.com/chalk/story/_/i...oss-bookmakers

So my fear, being a Las Vegas native, is that when the Chiefs come to play the Felons in Las Vegas, the team should bring some extra security for our boys! The Mob does not like losing money!!!

Doesn't make sense. My friend lost $800 in Vegas on the Chiefs not covering. If everyone was there to bet on the Chiefs to cover, and we didn't, theeeen the house definitely came out ahead. And like another had said nobody bets on just the money line especially of -410. So even if that WAS the case, the sports books aren't losing that much money on those.

Now I on the other hand won $85 because I took the Chiefs at -1.5 at halftime on Bovada.

Kraft plays into that...and not necessarily because of his connection to Goodell.

Not every NFL owner has the same connections...and business/political dealings.

Let's just say...I absolutely didn't expect the Chiefs to win yesterday....even before the game. Did anyone really buy that Taylor injured himself in warm-ups...after practicing all week?

It was all part of the theater...and a built-in excuse for KC to lose.

I stayed away from the Chiefs game this week, thought they might actually kick their ass.

Otherwise, I would have been all over the Chargers and the points.

I like to tease the points on parlays, like tonight I have the Raiders +13, and UNDER 41.5

Sports gambling means I don't give a shit about fantasy football anymore.

No better way to generate interest for an already built stadium than to lose another game for their home opener!

Right BlackOp?

Seems like you can't make up your mind.

Are they going to get hosed by the refs because it's the Chargers' home opener, or have the ticky-tack calls at crucial moments vanished?
