Man, I’ve got a bad feeling EB goes to Sharters at seasons end and makes this division a LOT tougher than the current situation. Talk about ideal landing spot. Herbert looks pretty impressive, they have a lot of playmakers (when healthy), and a great defense (when healthy). EB on that team would be a tough out. Please stay out of the division Eric.

Where does this idea come from that EB is some amazing coach? I still put most of the offensive success and genius on Reid. Pederson left and got a SB, but I wouldn't exactly call him a top notch NFL coach. Nagy has been pretty meh. Why is the NFL consensus that Bienemy is this can't miss head coach? He still plays second fiddle to Reid.

Yup. Easterby has to go. EB needs to have a GM he can work with, not some character building crony.

And even then it's going to be a rough first couple of years.

That job is fool's gold.

You get Watson, which is alluring as ****, but you also get the mess that is the rest of that team too.

Another fool's gold job imo.

Herbert is certainly a talent any new coach would be excited to mold, but IMO, that offense needs an entire overhaul. They're not dynamic, they're not fast, they're not versatile. And while I like Mike Willams, and Hunter Henry is a + talent, this team lacks versatility and speed on offense to really threaten a defense.

Worst ownership in the league and a front office that is unwilling to spend money.

You gotta be careful with that one, it's not as great of a job as it may seem on its surface.
