Replacement Crew List & Updated Crew Members for Mission 2

I'll be handling the replacement crew list and will be assigning those who are reincarnated to new crews. If you have a question about the crew assignments, you can post it on this thread or pm me instead of bugging Kevin.

Mission 1 is over and now we need to get crews manned up for Mission 2. Here's a list of who was KIA or sent home after the first mission:

A few of you have said you want to be reincarnated and reenlist. If any of the rest of you would like to be added to the list, please post on this thread.

If you have not been a part of the B-17 missions and want to join in the fun, post on here and I'll add you to the list.

Many planes have the same crew, but some will need new crew members. If you have been reincarnated, you cannot join the same crew you left. Once the new crews are set, I'll post them in this thread header.

The number after your name shows how many successful missions you have flown. Obviously it's at 1 for everyone now unless this is your first flight. Replacement crew members are in bold. Truth is I wrote to her email addy because her PM inbox is full. She has not responded. I thought Rain Man had told me that if she did not respond we could replace her. I guess I misunderstood.

If a crew member dies, they are replaced, but what happens if a plane goes down - does that plane get reincarnated, is another plane introduced as it's replacement, or do we lose a plane and the replacements take turns filling the available spots on the remaining planes?
