Andy Reid doesn't like starting rookies, but he HAS drafted and developed OTs before. And not just in rebuild seasons, either.

Up until last year he had never drafted a RB in the first round. And then he did.

We don't really know what his plan is.

It's pretty clear the Chiefs plan is to just throw as many bodies as possible out there to compete for starting jobs, and then just start the best 5 guys while having solid depth in case of injuries.

The main thing that killed us in the Super Bowl was just the lack of depth. You don't need to have 5 All-Pros out there to start the season. You just need to have 8-9 solid guys who can step in if necessary and not get Mahomes killed.

It's not a bad approach.

It was widely understood Veach was going to make it a priority to resign Remmers this offseason. Any smart fan knew this was a must. Veach goes and seals the deal and people freak out. You can't make this stuff up. No clue what these morons want.
