Not early they won't.

They're going to try and develop players.

They don't have enough draft picks to get insta-starters at every position and the needs at DE and LT outweigh C by a wide margin.

Exactly. I assure you that most teams understand how incredibly valuable this draft class is in relation to cost savings over free agency.

Highest paid positions in order.

QB
WR
DE
OT
DT-LB-CB-TE-G-C

Taking an OT and possibly 2 WRs and a DE that can play is huge for the future of the cap.
