Yes, she has a son. Also those two daughters. It's not a secret. They have done multiple public interviews before the meme went viral. Just go to youtube and search for puppet lady Chiefs. Tons of videos with them in the pieces in their home.

When Mom went into the HOF there was a piece on her and the family done by the Chiefs? They went to their home, showed the cameras around, Talked to the two daughters, son about being life long fans.
